The WALDKAUZ Hide Bag
The Waldkauz shooting bags can be customized according to the hunting situation and weapon by using different cartridge cases. They can be easily hung over the railing of a hunting stand window or a crossbar using the lead lining sewn into the bag's lid. This way, all essential hunting accessories are within reach, and the hunter also has a practical rifle rest. This is a clear advantage over traditional hunting bags.
The new model of our portrait format shooting and hunting bag is equipped with two differently sized utility pockets and an interchangeable cartridge case. Behind the inner pockets for your hunting needs, there are now additional small flat compartments where you can store smaller hunting accessories such as game calls or an optics cloth.
In the portrait format model, the flat compartment behind the tall inner pocket is also large enough to hold a hunting license. Additionally, there is a flat zippered pocket on the lid of the shooting bag. The adjustable strap, securely sewn to the bag, ensures comfortable carrying due to its width.
Another special feature of our hunting gear is the proven WALDKAUZ cartridge case system. Both the shooting bags and most of our other hunting bags, as well as our hunting backpack, feature slots for the interchangeable WALDKAUZ loden cartridge case, which comes in various designs. For example, if you carry a shotgun for winter shooting and a rifle for spring buck hunting, you can store both cases with cartridges in your cabinet. This way, with a single movement, you can have the cartridge case you need at hand and attached to the bag before heading out for the hunt.
Alternatively, there is also an additional pocket available for hunters who do not use a cartridge case. The bag is meticulously handcrafted from durable mountain loden and equipped with leather loops. All toggles and buttons are made of genuine buffalo horn.
