It's made from a material known as double-faced loden, which is additionally softened to create a particularly plush feel. The double-faced structure brings about exceptional density, and through the fluffing process — despite the misleading name — it becomes remarkably soft and fluffy. Loden fleece, therefore, provides exceptional warmth and is even comfortable to wear directly against the skin, which is not always the case with pure virgin wool. Additionally, the fabric offers an optimal balance of warmth and breathability.
