Protect your muzzle from dirt and foreign objects!

One often underestimated danger when handling a hunting rifle is the entry of foreign objects into the barrel. An experienced tracker will always ensure that the muzzle is protected, as when a tracking dog moves through thick and thin, dirt or even a pine needle can easily fall into the barrel, leading to devastating damage to the weapon, including barrel rupture. With our muzzle protector, you are on the safe side, as it prevents the entry of foreign objects into the barrel.
The WALDKAUZ muzzle protector is available in two sizes that can be used on almost all hunting rifles: the smaller variant is designed for individual rifle barrels of bolt-action rifles, break-action rifles, and semi-automatic rifles, accommodating barrels that do not exceed a circumference of 8.5 cm, including the front sight base. If the muzzle has a larger diameter, for example, due to an attached sight protector or if it is a multi-barrel weapon such as a double rifle, over-under shotgun, combination gun, or double-barrel shotgun, the larger model is the right choice. The muzzle protector is simply slipped over the muzzle and wrapped around the barrel once using the elastic band. A hook eye is used for attachment. Due to the space in the inner diameter and the elasticity of the elastic band, the protector always fits tightly on all suitable weapons. There is a risk of slippage on barrels without a front sight base.
