Proven leather care for heavily used equipment
The greased nubuck leather we use in many products not only has a beautiful rugged appearance but also a significant advantage: it is highly resistant and easy to maintain. Our recommendation is to care for the leather as rarely as possible, as over time, with use, the leather becomes polished and more resistant to external influences. However, if the leather comes into regular contact with water, such as frequent use in the rain, it may be beneficial to apply leather grease. The general rule is still to use the grease sparingly and infrequently rather than applying it too frequently. Constant re-greasing can make the leather softer, which is often not desired.
