Order deadlines for Christmas 2025

As every year, there are a few things to keep in mind to ensure that gifts arrive under the tree on time. With DHL's Christmas shipping deadlines, orders with us are possible until the following dates:

Germany: up to Sunday, 21st December 2025

Germany’s neighboring countries: up to Thursday, 18th December 2025
This includes Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, and France

Nearby countries: up to Wednesday, 17th December 2025
This includes Denmark, Italy, Croatia, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, and Hungary.

Up to Monday, 15th December 2025:
Bulgaria, Ireland, Croatia, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, and Spain

Up to Friday, 12th December 2025:
Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Cyprus, and all other European countries

Non-EU countries: up to and including Thursday, 4th December 2025

We will ship your package on time, and DHL guarantees punctual delivery by 24th December 2025. 
Customers from our region can collect their online orders from our warehouse until Tuesday (23rd December 2025) at 4 p.m., after arranging this by phone.

Please note: Payment, trying on items, or exchanges on-site are not possible for warehouse pickups!

Consultation before Christmas

It's always challenging to plan for autumn and winter desires. Therefore, some of the most sought-after products are becoming scarce or unfortunately sold out.

We're happy to assist you in choosing your gift! This helps us avoid unnecessary back-and-forth shipping, a flood of returns after Christmas, and also prevents sending too many selection shipments. Otherwise, many products may become unavailable, leaving customers disappointed.

Extended exchange after Christmas

Of course, it can occasionally happen that the recipient isn't as delighted with their gift as one would hope. To ensure everyone ends up satisfied, we're happy to exchange your items purchased from November 26th, 2025 and, of course, unused, even after Christmas until January 5th, 2025. You decide whether you'd like a refund or if you prefer selecting something else!
