Payment Methods & Shipping Costs

We offer the following payment methods:

Advance Payment
After completing the ordering process, you will receive an order confirmation from us with a payment request, including our bank details. Please transfer the specified amount with the order number and, if applicable, your name in the subject line. The goods will be shipped after we have received your payment in our bank account.

Paypal
With PayPal, you can easily and quickly process your order and payment with us from both domestic and international locations.

Invoice
The payment method "Invoice" is reserved exclusively for customers with a residence and billing address in Germany who have successfully placed an order with us at least once. This payment method will be activated from the second order under the same username. Invoice amounts are due immediately and without deductions.

Shipping and Packaging Costs

Here you will find all information regarding shipping and packaging costs for deliveries within the Federal Republic of Germany. The shipping and packaging costs for deliveries outside the Federal Republic of Germany are listed separately in the next paragraph



We charge the following shipping costs within Germany:

• A flat rate of €4.90 per shipment
• The shipping of our catalog within Germany is free of charge.

EU Mainland

• Catalog shipping and gift vouchers: €2.00
• up to 5 kg: €12.00
• 5 to 10 kg: €16.00
• over 20 kg: €20.00

Shipping to Switzerland

Shipping Conditions, Shipping Costs, and Packaging Costs to Other Countries
We ship to the following non-EU countries: Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Vatican City, with the following shipping costs:

• up to 2 kg: €12.00
• 2 kg to 10 kg: €16.00
• 10 kg to 15 kg: €20.00
• 15 kg to 20 kg: €35.00

For overseas destinations (USA and Canada), the following costs apply:

• up to 2 kg: €27.00
• 2 kg to 5 kg: €31.00
• 5 kg to 10 kg: €46.00
• 10 kg to 15 kg: €68.00

Taxes

Upon delivery in non EU states, the sales tax is not levied. The price minus the german sales tax is valid. For dispatches to non EU states, the customs of those states will impose the national custom duties. These custom duties are at your own expence.
