Our 5m training leash "Praktikant" provides dogs with the freedom of movement needed for various training exercises where a manageable range of motion is desired, such as initial off-leash training and heeling exercises.
The leash is made of single-layered webbing. The hand loop is generously sized with a length of 30 cm and a circumference of approximately 60 cm, providing a comfortable fit around the hand. The transition to the leash is stitched with a trim of oiled nubuck leather and additionally secured with a stabilizing rivet.
The carabiner, made of solid brass and manufactured using the sand casting process, maintains its stability despite its delicate size. Full brass carabiners are very sturdy and more resistant than inexpensive alternatives made of injection-molded materials. Additionally, they quickly develop a high-quality, matte patina within a few days, transitioning from their initial golden shine.
